Workout of the Day 2-15-12
Today’s workout was simply 6000 Meters of Rowing on the row machine I have in my basement. What an amazing workout. Followed that up with some foam rolling and a little ab work, 50 crunchies and 50 sit-ups. About 30 minutes total to complete this workout.
