It’s Thursday and we’re still delivering challenges to the racers who will be competing at the Legend of the Death Race Training Camp Nov 9 and 10th to see if they have what it takes to finish the Death Race. We’ll be putting this group of athletes for a strenuous 20+ hour boot camp that will involve hiking, rucking, night navigation, strength, agility, mental prowess, and everything in between. They’ll be pushing their limits, learning how to deal with sleep deprivation, and ultimately getting a sweet taste of what is to come when they face Joe and Andy in Pittsfield, VT.
I captured a video of the challenge to demonstrate, but YouTube was being picky about copyrights and such so I had to eliminate the music and re-upload this morning.
For Thursday the racers have been given 30 Burpees to Pull-Ups in as few sets as possible as their chance to earn a token. We’ve had a couple racers already max out at their 3 Tokens, first was Michael Sandercock and second was T.J. Nomeland, congrats gents those tokens will serve you well. The rest of the racers have until 11:59PM CST tonight to finish this challenge. Good luck.
