We gave the participants a few days to rest over the weekend and then a few more mainly because I was trashed form the long weekend of racing. As we near the training camp I presented them with the challenge of completing 100 Dips by 11:59 PM CST on 10-31-12 and 50 Pull-Ups in under 3 minutes by 11:59PM CST on 11-1-12. This will conclude their challenges for the time being. I may or may not offer a bonus round for this weekend. No promises though.
Tonight a new participant has entered the challenge and earned his first token. Congrats to Ryan Formosa. It’s almost closing time and the only submission I have for the Pull-ups challenge is from Rodrigo Velarde who has already maxed out. Nicely done, sir. You’ve earned yourself, a golf clap. 😉
