Still working on the GoRuck Challenge write-up. I had the Shamrock Shuffle this past weekend which went ok but a shin splint after the first mile made it a bit unpleasant. Anyhow short workout today.

 

  • 100 Burpees with Medicine Ball (held ball entire time including push-ups)
  • 100 Tap, Twist and Stretch with Sand Bag – easiest way to describe this is I took a sand bag and I tapped it straight down to the ground. Then I’d lift it up, twist my body to one side and raise it to the sky. From there you bring it back to the floor and repeat on the other side.
  • 10 Standing Back Flips
